Process Is Now a Legacy Tool

Any Ninety account started after 26 March 2025 will not have access to Ninety's Process legacy tool. Beginning on 1 September 2025, the Process tool will be removed from all existing accounts.
Documenting processes so they can be shared and followed by all is a core component of how great companies operate. Use our Knowledge Portal to document your processes. Learn how here.
Content Migration from Process to the Knowledge Portal
Ninety is migrating all content, except attachments, users created in the legacy Process tool prior to 14 April 2025, to their company's Process collection in the Knowledge Portal (migration will be completed by 14 May 2025). Use the text editor tools in the Knowledge Portal to attach relevant files to your migrated processes.
The legacy tool will still be available until 1 September 2025, so you can verify that everything you’ve documented has been migrated successfully and access the attachments that won’t migrate automatically.
If you add content to the legacy tool after 14 April 2025, it will not be automatically copied to the Knowledge Portal, so you’ll need to manually move it there before September.
