What Is the Insights Tool
The Insights tool provides valuable visualizations of how your teams use Ninety. Users with the role of Manager or higher have access to this aggregating reporting tool based on your company's data on Ninety. Owners and Admins can also view data from all managers.
1-on-1 Insights Page
Use the 1-on-1 Insights Page to see your team's completion of Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews, ratings in exhibiting the organization's Core Values, and how well your team members view your leadership and coaching abilities (LMA®️). The conversations from your 1-on-1 tool are available for any of your direct reports — as documented in your Accountability Chart.
Use the dropdown at the top of the page to choose the Discussion type you want to see: Annual or Quarterly. Additionally, you can filter by time and manager.
Click through the tabs below to learn more about each card on the 1-on-1 Insights page.
Discussion Rate
The Discussion Rate card displays the status of your Discussions. You can see how many are completed and how many have been created but have yet to be completed.

LMA Assessment
The LMA™️ Assessment card separately displays your reported score(s) and your team member's scores on your leadership and managing abilities.
The Self-assessment score shows the average score the leader has reported for themself during each 1-on-1 meeting. While the Team score displays an average of each team members reported score.
GWC™️ Rating
During Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews, team leaders and their direct reports rank the team member on how well they get, want, and have the capacity (GWC) for each role of their Seat. The GWC rating card displays the average of how well a leader's team has the GWC for each role in each Seat on the team.
Right Person, Right Seat Report
