What is a Vision Building Day?
After you complete a Focus Day and are having recurring weekly Level 10 Meetings, the next step of the EOS Process® is to have 2 separate Vision Building days 30 days apart. The purpose of these sessions is to further define and capture your company vision so your whole organization can focus, align, and thrive.
Running a Vision Building Day in Ninety
Both of these sessions can be run with Ninety using the Meetings tool. When starting the meeting, make sure you're using the Vision Building Day 1 or Vision Building Day 2 agenda, as shown below.

Vision Building Day 1 is a day with your Leadership Team that starts by reviewing and sharpening the Focus Day tools. You will begin to use the Vision/Traction Organizer® (V/TO®) tool to clarify your vision. You will also be introduced to a tool to review your people. Your team will use the tools for the next 30 days to experience more improvement.
