Welcome to Ninety
This is a guide to successfully joining a company already running on Ninety. We want to help you get up and running as a great member of your team.
Step 1: Explore your Company
Since your team is already running Level 10 Meetings, explore your team's Rocks, To-Dos, and Issues using the tools on the main navigation menu bar.
Soon, you'll be responsible for adding your own Issues, creating Rocks, and more, so explore the following to learn more:
- Review our collection of learning resources covering each of our tools in-depth.
- Sign up for a webinar to ask questions and learn with other users.
- Schedule a Kick-Off Call with a Ninety expert. You’ll get a tour of Ninety and be able to ask any outstanding questions.
Step 2: How Teams Operate
- Access role descriptions and ownership details in The Accountability Chart®
- View the company's V/TO®
- When do we have our Level 10 Meetings?
- When is our Quarterly Conversation™?
- Should I be familiar with any Processes?
Step 3: Set Up Your Profile
Personalize your profile so Ninety looks and works like you. Check out our Account Setup Checklist so that your Ninety profile displays all the information that your team might need.
Step 4: Ask Us Questions
The best place to start is by attending our Weekly Webinar. A Ninety expert will explain how the tools work. It’s also an excellent forum for your questions.
For immediate support, reach out to our Client Success team by clicking the button on the bottom right of Ninety.
Step 5: Stay Up to Date
Here are two more avenues to increase your Ninety mastery: the product updates page and our blog.
- We're constantly pushing out new updates and features. You can follow our product updates page, where we provide info on incorporating any Ninety changes or additions.
- The Ninety blog combines all the above plus much more. The blog includes a stream of information on our philosophy, ways to utilize Ninety better, and articles that we find interesting.
