Ninety To-Dos and Microsoft Tasks
Beta users can now turn on an integration with Microsoft that pushes your Ninety To-Dos to your Microsoft Tasks list.
Permissions Request
Depending on your companies security settings, you may need to request permission to enable the Microsoft Integration. If your company requires this, it displays as a pop-up during the integration process.
How to Turn It On
- Navigate to User Settings.
- Select Integrations.
- Chose the Microsoft tab.
- Toggle on Microsoft To Do.
- Authenticate the integration with your Microsoft account username and password.
- Select which Microsoft Task list receives your Nintey To-Dos.

How to Use Microsoft To-Dos Integration
Once you turn on the integration, all To-Dos assigned to you are sent to your designated Microsoft Task list. Anytime you create a new To-Do or one is assigned to you, it is sent to the Microsoft Task list.
Anytime an update is made on a To-Do in Ninety, that update is sent to your Microsoft Task.
Archiving in Ninety
If you delete a task from Microsoft, that task is automatically archived in Ninety.
