How to Update Profile Information
Learn how to update your profile information for a tailored user experience.

This article covers how to upload a profile image, change your email, reset your password, and more from the User Settings page. Plus, edit your team in the Directory.
Update Your Information
Go to User Settings by clicking the person icon or ellipses in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Remember: All the information you enter is visible to others in your organization.
Edit Information
- Click on the pencil icon.
- Add/update any fields.
- Press the check mark to save your changes.
Profile | User Settings is the information everyone sees on the directory across your organization(s).
Account | User Settings is what you use to log in.
Changing Login Information
In the Account | User Settings section, you can change email addresses, passwords, and phone numbers.
Tip: Edit and save each section as you fill in the information.
Upload a Profile Picture
Click on the grey circle with a photo icon in Profile | User Settings. Choose a .png or .jpg from your computer and click Upload.
This image appears across the account next to your measurables, Rocks, To-Dos, and Issues.
Update a Teammate's Information
To edit any information for others in your account, visit the Directory. All functionality of editing and uploading will work the same as on the User Settings page.
To edit the user's information, follow these steps:
- Click on the pencil icon.
- Add/update any fields.
- Press the check mark to save your changes.
*Owners and Admins are the only roles able to edit ALL people on the Directory. If you have limited to no access, it is because you are a Manager or Managee.
